UK Mainland & Scottish Highlands
We only ship to the UK mainland and the Scottish Highlands for orders placed through the website.
If you live in the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland or any islands (Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, etc) or require the British Forces Post Office, please email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org to place an order directly and we will be happy to assist.
For international orders, please email us directly at email@example.com to place an order.
We hope that you love the products you bought from us. However, if you’ve changed your mind about a product and it’s within 14 days from the date of payment received for your order, providing the delivery package has not been opened, we’ll be happy to exchange it or give you a refund (excluding delivery charges).
Please take care of the products while they are in your possession and ensure that the delivered package is returned still sealed and unopened, and that it has not been opened or used.
Simply send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know to expect the parcel. Write down your order number and name on a piece of paper and put it in the parcel and post the product to:

Products are returned at your own risk.
We will refund the price of the products excluding our standard UK delivery of any unwanted products to us within 14 days of receipt of order.
Simply email email@example.com and inform us as to why you are returning the product, pop it in the post and we will process your refund once we have received the unused products.
Any refund due to you will only be made to the same credit or debit card originally used (or in the form of other method of payment) by you to pay for your purchase. Any refund due will be processed no more than 14 days after we receive the products back in unused condition.
If the products are faulty, damaged in transport or mis-described, please return the product to us as soon as possible for a full refund.
We will examine the returned product and notify you of your refund via email within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund for the faulty, damaged or mis-described product.
Products returned by you because of a fault, damage in transport or mis-described will be refunded in full, including a refund of all delivery charges.
If you’ve decided you’d like to exchange the product and the product has not been used and is in the original saleable condition, please let us know via email on firstname.lastname@example.org and return the product. If you have not told us that you would like to exchange the product, we will provide a refund.
*Unfortunately, due to health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept cancellation of an order or offer a refund or exchange on products that you have opened and used. If in doubt, please email us.
